Dr. Miné Ovacık has been moderating and co-organising Fireweed Talks with Dicle Sevim Sertkaya, the Founder and Trustee of Fireweed Charity, since January 2023. In these 21 meetings --untill june 2025 --, amazing career stories and experiences of 11 immigrant women in the UK have been explored through interactive talks, organised as women's circles.

Miné led some of the meetings, including Co-creativity and Wellbeing Sessions, by applying her Creative Coaching Methodology.

Recently, Miné and Dicle established the Co-creativity and Wellbeing Academy under the roof of Fireweed, and they are preparing to apply Community Engaement projects.
